Ingredients

    3/4 c. White Wheat Flour
    3/4 c. All-purpose Flour
    1 c. Granola (any type)
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/3 c. Sugar

    2 large bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. Applesauce
    1/4 c. Oil
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tbsp Yogurt
    1 egg

Directions

So simple - mix wet and dry ingredients separately, combine both and mix just until combined. Grease muffin pan and fill cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
