Mama's Special Chicken Wings

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 chicken wings
    paprika
    red or cayenne pepper
    garlic powder
    1 bell (green) pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can of Campbell's tomato soup
    1 can of water
    cooking spray, fat free
    2 cups of cooked brown rice

Directions

Pre-heat over to 375. Spray baking dish with cooking oil. Wash and pat dry chicken wings. Season wings with paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Turn chicken wings over and season the other side of the wings. Bake 25 minutes. Add chopped onions and green peppers to the chicken wings. Spoon tomato soup over the wings, onions and green peppers. Pour 1 can of water over the mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked brown rice.
