IntroductionThis oatmeal is very good - and adds a few items to help your heart! This oatmeal is very good - and adds a few items to help your heart!
Prepare oatmeal according to package directions. Half way through the cooking time - add the carrots and walnuts. At completion of cooking time, stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmet . Mix well, cover and let sit 2 minutes.
You can eat as is or add a little skim milk. It's delicious!
