Carla's Homemade Pot Roast, Cooked

Ingredients

    1 Roast (RAW = 1.376 kg = 48.54 oz = Roughly 3 lbs, or slightly more. COOKED = 825 g)
    Salt - 1/4 tsp
    Montreal Steak Spice - 1 tsp.
    Onion - 1 small

Directions

Put roast in roaster, cover with salt & Montreal Steak spice, and onion. Add small amount of water to bottom of roaster. Cook roast at 350 deg, for every 500 g (roughly 1 lb). Let the meat stand for at least 20 minutes before carving
