1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup corn meal
1/4 cup Splenda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
-Combine all dry ingredients
-Stir in milk, oil, and egg, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened
-Pour batter into greased 9x9 inch pan
-Bake 20-25 minutes or until edges pull away from pan or top is golden brown or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
