2 lbs. Lean Ground beef
1 can stewed or diced tomatoes
2 jars spaghetti sauce
16 oz. pasta (shells)
2 cups sour cream
1 cup muenster cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to directions.
Place half the pasta in an ungreased 13x9x2 bakign dish. Top with half of the meat sauce, sour cream and muenster and mozzerella cheese (leaving half cup for top). Repeat layers. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer or until cheese begins to brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
