Introduction

simple and hearty bran muffins simple and hearty bran muffins
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    1/2 cup molasses
    4 large eggs
    2 cups milk
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1.5 tsp salt
    3 cups wheat bran

Directions

Cream butter and Splenda. Add molasses and eggs and beat well.
Add milk and then bran.
Combine dry ingredients. Add to liquid. Mix.
Add raisins and fill large muffin cups.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
