Low Calorie Wheat Flour Tortillas

These tortillas are just the right size for burritos. And they taste great too! These tortillas are just the right size for burritos. And they taste great too!

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup
    Original No Salt Sodium-Free Salt Alternative, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1.25 cup (10 fl oz)

Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients together in a mixer. Add the oil. Add the water slowly. Continue to mix for a minute. Let the dough rest for 15minutes. Rip the dough into 12 balls. Let balls rest for another 5 minutes. Roll the balls out into 10 inch tortillas. Cook them on medium-high heat. Cook on both sides-about 1 minute each side. 1 = 1 serving
