Tracy's goulash

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat macaroni
    1 onion ( chopped )
    1 green pepper ( diced )
    1lb extra lean ground beef
    2 cups tomato sauce
    3 cups canned tomatoes
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. While this is browning dice green pepper and cook macaroni.
Once macaroni and beef mixture is totally cooked combine the rest of the ingredients and place in oven proof dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
