Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 cp prepared whole wheat couscous
    1 green pepper, chopped
    .5 red pepper, chopped
    .5 small onion, chopped
    6 oz grape tomatoes, halved
    5 basil leaves, chopped
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp Ken's Steak House Zesty Italian
    .25 cp parmesan cheese, shredded
    1 tsp Italian seasoning


Directions

Makes 4, 3/4 cp servings

Heat olive oil in pan, adding red pepper, green pepper, and onion. Saute about 2 minutes and then add the tomatoes. Add the balsamic vinegar.
Next combine prepared couscous with saute and throw in the basil. Saute minute more and add the cheese.
