This was the winning recipe from our TOPS meeting!

Ingredients

Bread Ingredients
5 1/2 cups flour
4 1/2 tsp yeast (2 packets)
2 T sugar
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups hot tap water
1/2 cup warmed milk
Filling
1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger, cooked
2 cup favorite spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine bread ingredients in bread mixer. Mix until well blended. Turn into sprayed bowl and let rise for 1 hour.
While dough is rising, fry up hamburger, drain and mix with spaghetti sauce.
Remove dough and divide into 18 equal pieces. Flatten each ball into a 4 inch circle. Top with 1 T of cheese, a dollop of divided beef mixture and another T of cheese. Fold up around mixture and seal. Place seal side down on a sprayed cookie sheet. Allow to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Bake in a 350 degree overn for 15 minutes. Rub lightly with a stick of butter to soften tops of buns.
