Shrimp Broccoli Rice Bowl

Introduction

A very quick but filling lunch dish that fills your tummy and leaves you satisfied.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 ounces Medium Shrimp, cooked
    10 small scallops, raw
    1 Tbsp Margarine
    1/2 cup Uncle Ben's Wild and Brown Rice
    2 cups Bird's Eye Broccoli Stir Fry
    1 tsp soy sauce

Directions

Saute shrimp and scallops in 1 tsp butter until scallops are done. I only add Salt & Pepper and Tiger seasoning for flavor.

Cook 2 cups of veggies as directed - steam or boil till done.

Cook rice as directed. (I use the 90 second bag and save the rest)

Use as much soy sauce as you like, but the calorie content is for 1 tsp. Enjoy.
