Ingredients

    11 oz Water
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 1/2 C white flour
    1 1/2 C whole wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar (I like raw, but white works too)
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp yeast

    Optional seasonings:
1 tsp each: dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, season salt
1 tbsp each: dehydrated onion flaked and red pepper flakes

Directions

Put all ingredients except optional seasonings in bread maker as per directions. If using optional seasonings, sprinkle the basil, oregano, garlic and season salt in with the dough. Turn bread maker on dough setting. Wait for it to mix and form a dough, then sprinkle the onion and pepper flakes in a bit at a time while the machine is still mixing (this prevents clumping).
When dough is done, turn out onto a floured surface, knead and shape. Put on lightly greased pan and top as desired and bake at 350 - 375F for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
I make this recipe into either a 9 x 11" rectangular pizza, or a big calzone, or I put it in a 9x9" cake pan and make it into cheesy bread. It can also make 2 - 12" round pizzas.
The calculation of calories is based on 12 slices of a 9x11" rectangular pizza.
