5 c. wheat egg noodles
1 c. frozen peas
1 celery rib, chopped
1 med. carrot, chopped
4 c. cubed cooked chicken breast
1 can (14 3/4oz) cream style corn
1 can (10 3/4oz) 98% FF Low Sodium Cream of Chicken soup
2 c. shredded colby jack cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
Stir in the chicken, corn, soup, 1 c. cheese, onion, green & red peppers and pepper. Transfer to 9x13 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Divide pan for 8 equal servings.
