Brenda's Banana Bread

Introduction

Easy to make. Changed from regular flour to coconut flour to make it lower in carbs. Easy to make. Changed from regular flour to coconut flour to make it lower in carbs.

Ingredients

    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    6 eggs, beaten
    3 bananas, mashed
    2/3 c. coconut flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Directions

Cream butter & sugar, add beaten eggs & bananas. Sift flour with soda. Add to mixture. Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55 mins or until done. Makes 11 servings.
