Chicken Curry

Introduction

My favorite meal! My favorite meal!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 C. cooked rice
    1 C. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 C. Milk
    1/2 C. Mayo
    1 1/2 T. Lemon juice
    1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
    1-2 tsp Curry powder

Directions

Add all ingredients in a shallow baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes

  • Looks yummy... I'll try it, but frankly, I would use pre cooked brown rice for the fiber and protein content. Also I would probably use a reduced sodium soup and reduced fat/calorie mayonaise - 3/17/09

    I totally agree. I like to put in the worst ingredients possible so I can see how bad the recipe can be, (In the calculator). That way I feel better about eating it with the healthier ingredients.
