Crock-Pot Corned Beef & Cabbage

Ingredients

    3 lbs Corned Beef Brisket with seasoning pack
    1 large onion, cut into 6 chunks, divided in pot
    6 cloves of garlic, roughly minced
    5 carrots, sliced into 2-3 inch pieces
    6 medium red potatoes, cut into large pieces
    1 pouch of beef broth
    2 cups of water
    1 large head of cabbage, cut into 6 wedges

Directions

Put cut onion, carrots & potatoes in bottom of crock pot and combine. Sprinkle garlic on top. Heat water and add beef broth, mix well. Pour beef stock in crock pot. Put meat on top of vegetables. Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours, 10-12 on low. After 3 hours (6 hrs on low) on high, add cabbage, pushed down to moistion.
