Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup Italian bread crumbs
    2 Tbs. Ranch salad dressing
    1/2 cup water
    4 breasts of skinless, boneless, chicken

Directions

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Grease cookie sheet
-Mix Ranch and water in small bowl until milk consistency
-Add bread crumbs to a separate small bowl
-Slice breasts in half to make them thin
-Cut thin chicken into 1-2 inch pieces
-Dip chicken pieces into ranch mixture, and then into bread crumbs mixture, then place on greased cookie sheet
-Bake for 20 minutes (you may want to flip them after 10 minutes to ensure even cooking)
