Low Fat Artichoke Dip

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 oz fat free cream cheese
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup light mayo
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1/2 can tomatoes w/ diced green chiles

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Warm cream cheese in microwave to soften, then mix all ingredients together and put into a small casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until light brown.
