    Olive Oil, 1.98 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1.02 tsp (remove)
    Portabella Mushrooms, 100.02 (remove)
    Shiitake Mushrooms, 0.48 cup pieces (remove)
    White Wine, 1.02 fl oz (remove)
    Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 1.98 serving (remove)
    Smart Beat, Smart Beat Trans Fat Free Super Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp, 1.98 serving (remove)
    Chicken of the Sea, Premium Crab (2.5 oz), 1.98 serving (remove)
    Tilapia filet, 16.02 oz (remove)
    lemon & Pepper Coating, 6 serving (remove)
    *Ragu Robusto, Parmesan and Romano Sauce, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Roll tilapia in Egg then lemon pepper coating, place in pan sprayed with canola oil , Turn heat to medium-low, add olive oil and brown fish. Add mushrooms, butter and seasonings, then add 1 cup of Ragu roasted garlic parmesan, and white wine. Heat all ingedients about 25 minutes, Serves 6.
