Introduction


Just something I threw together, really easy but very tasty. Can easily make it spicier by using regular Ro-Tel mix or hot sauce, or make it milder by substituting a regular can of tomatoes in place of the Ro-Tel

Ingredients

    1 15.5oz can Black Beans
    2 10oz cans Ro-Tel Mild
    3 cups uncooked Instant Brown Rice.

Directions


Cook rice according to package directions. Drain beans and tomatoes. Mix together.
