Introduction

My father used to be a chef in Florida and there was a hurricane coming which knocked out power. So he took all the ground beef for the restaurant and made chili and to this day it's still on a popular restaurant's menu. So he took all the ground beef for the restaurant and made chili and to this day it's still on a popular restaurant's menu.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1-1/2 Ground Sirloin, 2 large onions chopped, 1 Tbl. olive oil, 2 cans red kidney beans DO NOT DRAIN! , 1 small can tomatoe sauce, 2 Tbl. chili powder (more to your liking), salt & pepper to taste.

Directions

makes 6-1cup servings. Cut up 2 large onions and brown in oil. When onions are almost brown add ground sirloin and break up and brown. dump in 2 cans red kidney beans, can tomatoe sauce, chili powder, salt & pepper. Simmer for at least 1 hour.
