Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed
Green Beans (snap), 2 cup
Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced
Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2
Combine sauces, splenda, water, corn starch, ginger, vinegar and juice from pineapple in a bowl and reserve.
Sautee garlic, mushroms and onions in olive oil until soft
Cube chicken, add to onion mix above and cook completly
Add reserved sauce and vegetables and cook until the sauce thickens
Serve over 1/2 cup of rice
