'You Gotta Try This' Smoothie

Introduction

I was experimenting with the ingredients we had, trying to get into my calorie range for the day one night and I concocted this smoothie that turned out awesome. I screamed 'You gotta try this!' to my wife in the other room, hence the name. I was experimenting with the ingredients we had, trying to get into my calorie range for the day one night and I concocted this smoothie that turned out awesome. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 banana - about 125 grams of banana
    1 cup Tropicana Pure Raspberry Acai juice
    1 cup Nonfat Milk
    2 tsp. Honey (Locally produced, if available)
    50 grams White Grapes (about 10 good sized grapes)

Directions

Blend on the highest setting until creamy.

The whole thing makes about 4 8-oz. servings at about 100 calories apiece, but serve them right away so the suspension doesn't settle.
