Spicy Garlic Hummus

Introduction

Incredibly fast and easy to make if you use a food processor. Incredibly fast and easy to make if you use a food processor.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans garbanzos, drained (reserve liquid)
    5 cloves of garlic, peeled and left whole
    1/4 c. tahini
    1/2 c. plus 2 T lemon juice
    2 T olive oil
    1 t salt
    1/4 to 1/2 t cayenne (to taste)

Directions

Dump all ingredients except juice left from garbanzos into a food processor. Add 1/4 of the liquid, then process until smooth. Add additional liquid until hummus reaches desired consistency.

Makes 8 lunch servings.
