Introduction

Beef Teriyaki w/o broccoli. No one else likes broccoli in my family, I add my own to my plate. I serve it with brown rice. Beef Teriyaki w/o broccoli. No one else likes broccoli in my family, I add my own to my plate. I serve it with brown rice.

Ingredients

    1lb Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak
    2tbsp cornstarch
    1can beef broth
    2tbsp soy sauce
    1tbsp packed brown sugar
    1/2tsp garlic powder
    4c broccoli flowerlets(not included in nutritional info)
    4c hot cooked rice(not included in nutritional info)

Directions

Slice beef in very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, sugar and garlic.Stir fry beef in nonstick skillet until browned and juices evaporate. Add Broccoli(optional) and cornstarch mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionaly. Serve over rice. Serves 5.
