Jill's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Introduction

This is a weekly favorite in my house! It's super low fat & low calorie! I enjoy having left-overs so I can continue to eat it for lunches the rest of the week! This is a weekly favorite in my house! It's super low fat & low calorie! I enjoy having left-overs so I can continue to eat it for lunches the rest of the week!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 oz. (or 3 large breasts) skinless, boneless chicken breasts - fully cooked
    10 cups of chicken broth (I use bouillion seasoning because it flavors the soup better!)
    1 cup of chopped raw carrots
    1 cup chopped raw celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 a 12 oz. bag (6oz.) of egg noodles
    pasley
    salt
    & pepper to taste

Directions

Cook chicken breasts throuroughly ahead of time
Use a fork & pull small, bite-size pieces off each breast
Bring a large soup pot of chicken broth to a boil
Add in egg noodles, veggies, chicken & seasonings
Cook until heated though, approximately 15 minutes, covered.
