Ingredients

    *Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 3 cups
    Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed
    Butter, unsalted, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 13 x 9 inch buttered pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Pour into small ramekins for baking and serving individually. Dried fruits and nuts optional, not calculated in recipe.
