Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (I found this is close to 2 zucchinies erring somewhere between small and medium)
Price Chopper Imported Artichoke Hearts (Canned) (Rinsed WELL)
Garlic, 1 clove
Onions, raw, .5 medium (remove)
1/4 cup Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella
Crush clove of garlic and spread over zucchini
Drain artichokes and RINSE well. Chop them coarsely and place over the garlic & zucchini
Chop onion coarsely and spread over the artichoke
Sprinkle the fat free cheese over the whole lot of it.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes.
