Pineapple Chicken

Introduction

This comes from my Busy Woman's slow cooker cookbook. This comes from my Busy Woman's slow cooker cookbook.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4-6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice undrained.
    1 small green bell pepper cliced into strips
    0.5 cup packed brown sugar

Directions

I nslow cooker, place chicken. In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mic well. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.

Makes 4 servings

    This was absolutely incredible! I added some hot peppers to it (I love heat)! I had promised myself all day that I would only eat 1/2 of a chicken breast and ended up eating a whole one. The flavors mingled so well! - 3/4/09
