pretty dam' good. Use the spices you like. pretty dam' good. Use the spices you like.

Ingredients

    EV Olive Oil
    8 oz round steak
    bell peppers
    onion
    worcestershire sauce
    salsa
    spices

Directions

slice the steak, peppers, and onions thin. throw them in a hot pan with the olive oil. Brown a bit. Add other ingredients. Mix and cook until the steak is the way you like it - it cooks up faster the thinner you slice it!

  • You can get a good *fajita* taste to the steak by throwing it in a ziploc bag with lime juice and cilantro the night before! - 3/20/09
