Easiest pasta

    Pasta, cooked, 3 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, .13 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, .13 cup, diced (remove)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Four cheese mexican, 0.25 cup (remove)


Heat the oil, add onion, celery and garlic.
Cook a couple of minutes. Add tomatoes and half cup water and simmer for five minutes.
Add pasta, cheeses, capers and sour cream and simmer for five more minutes.
Serve warm. Two servings of about on-and-a-half cup.
