Introduction

A really nice lunch dish. I mix up the chicken mixture & take it in a separate container then make my rollup at work. Ingredients

    2 oz chicken breast cooked & cubed
    1 strip veggie bacon cooked & shredded
    1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup chopped cucumber
    1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
    1 tbsp diced onion
    1 tbsp low cal Ceasar Dressing
    1 flour tortilla 6-8" in diameter OR
    1 lettuce leaf

Directions

Combine chicken, bacon, cheese, vegetables & Ceasar dressing in a small bowl. Place on tortilla or lettuce lear & roll up. Makes 1 serving.
