Introduction

light and very tasty meatballs light and very tasty meatballs
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    lean beef mince
    hot paprika
    lentils soaked overnight and drained thoroughly
    bacon rasher fat removed
    rye or continental bread
    OLIVE OIL TO FRY
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients, then make into large meatballs, fry in a little olive oil on med heat until cooked thoroughly.
Serve with hot veges or as an accompaniment to spaghetti sauce.
Can be baked but tends to be a little dry.
MAKES 12 LARGE MEAT BALLS
