Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 Tbsp Prego Traditional Italian Sauce (or any of pasta/pizza sauce)
    2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (part skim)
    1 cup diced ham
    24 medium shrimp, cooked and cut into 2 pieces
    1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
    1/2 cup pineapple tidbits (drained)

Directions

Spread sauce on pizza crust.

Sprinkle a little of the cheese on the sauce (this will help glue the toppings to the crust).

Scatter the shrimp, ham, pineapple and bell peppers evenly over the sauce.

Cover the toppings with the rest of the cheese and bake at 350 until crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and starting to brown on top.

Enough toppings for one 12 x 9" rectangular pizza.
