Introduction

A feash great salad with servings of fruit and veggies! A feash great salad with servings of fruit and veggies!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup of romaine lettuce ( I prefer red leaf )
    1 cup of spinach ( stems trimmed )
    2 tbs chopped red onion
    1 pear or granny smith apple coarsely chopped
    about 3 tbs of blue cheese
    2 tbs of balsamic dressing
    *walnuts if desired

Directions

Chop up lettuce, spinach & onion(red). Slice pear (you can use a granny smith apple instead) add all other ingredients toss and enjoy! You can also add wanuts if you like.
