I cut this recipe down to 6 servings. It was very good and quite easy. Also added some frozen mixed veggies in the last 30 minutes to give it some added color. it was great. Would def make again. - 5/11/09

This was easy to make with lots of good flavor. Fed it to a big crowd of people and no complaints. I did add a can of diced tomatoes. Other than that left it as is. Will definitely make it again when I've got a lot of people to fill up. - 3/22/09
