Vegetable Beef Soup

Introduction

Canned mixed vegetables may be substituted for the frozen - rinse and drain 1 - 14 oz can. Canned mixed vegetables may be substituted for the frozen - rinse and drain 1 - 14 oz can.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    1 cup chopped calery
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup diced potatoes
    1 - 10 oz can tomato soup
    3 cups water
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium high heat untol no longer pink.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Makes 6 servings.
