About 30 King Prawns ( Raw;Shelled)
1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
1 tbsp of Butter (Unsalted is better but it no biggie if you don't have it.)
4 tbsp of (Sweet Chilli Sauce)
Melt butter in the wok until just melted beware not to burn the butter.
Drain the prawns really well and put them in the wok.
Sprinkle the sea salt over the prawns and toss.
When the prawns just start to turn red, add the sweet chilli sauce.
Toss in the wok until all the prawns are covered with the sauce and they have gone red all over.
