Kraft Marvelous Mini Meatloaves - BBQ

Kraft Marvelous Mini Meatloaves - BBQ

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 box of stuffing
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder(seasoning)
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce(add -ins)
    3/4 c. shredded cheese

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and the seasoning until well blended. Press evenly into 12 medium muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray; make an indentation in center of each with back of spoon.

SPOON add-ins evenly into indentations in meatloaves.

BAKE 30 min. or until meatloaves are cooked through (160°F). Top evenly with cheese; continue baking 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

  • This was good, but I was hoping it would wow me. My husband does make incredible meatloaf, so maybe if I wasn't use to his I would have enjoyed this more. I did like cooking the loafs in the muffin tin. I will have to try that with his recipe. Thanks for sharing. - 4/26/09

  • I made this using about 1/3 of the bbq sauce and about 1/2 of the cheese the recipe required. I would recommend using all of the bbq sauce and I'm going to leave the cheese out next time. My husband LOVED them! Thanks! - 4/1/09

    My husband let me try ground turkey and we can't tell the difference so I've changed the recipe. We can't tell the difference so we are going to start using ground turkey in a lot of our meals. I'm so excited!
