Neufchatel Cheese, 16 oz
Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 9 tsp
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
Cornstarch, 0.03 cup
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
Chocolate chips, mini, sugar-free, 4 tbsp
Keebler 9" Graham Pie Crust (1 crust)
Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch just until mixed.
Stir in the sour cream until mixture is well blended. Add the chocolate chips and just make sure theyâ€™re pretty evenly distributed.
Pour mixture into prepared crust and bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool in oven, door open, for 3 hours. Chill before serving. Serves 12.
