Slow Cooker Italian Vegetable soup

Ingredients

    2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 package frozen Italian vegetables
    1 t. better than bouillon vegetable base
    2 cans hot water

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and cook on high 1-2 hours, then cook on low heat for 3 hours.

optional add ins include: kidney beans, garbanzo beans, lentils

Makes 8 1-cup servings.
