GT -Xpress Mexican Stuffed Roast

Submitted by: OTWTEACHER

Introduction

If you have a GT-Xpress cooker this is an adaptation of a recipie seen on the infomercial. I have also made it in a small non-stick skillet and a small omelet pan. It is filling and very tasty. The meat can be changed according to whatever you have leftover in the fridge. I've even used turkey franks. If you have a GT-Xpress cooker this is an adaptation of a recipie seen on the infomercial.
