Introduction

Delicious as a milkshake, but with not banana. Add the banana if you wish, but I can't eat them. Delicious as a milkshake, but with not banana. Add the banana if you wish, but I can't eat them.

Ingredients

    1 cup of Chocolate Silk Soymilk
    2 Tbs. Smucker's All Natural Peanut Butter
    1 Tbs. flaxseed
    Ice

Directions

Blend everything together in a blender. Add the ice until it is the consistency you like and enjoy!
