Trader Joe's Multigrain Blueberry Coffee Cake

Submitted by: SANSHIGIRL

Introduction

Copied off the box of $1.99 (what a deal!) Multigrain Baking and Pancake Mix
It's not very sweet if you use unsweetened frozen blueberries, but it's better for you. If you want you can add another 1/2 cup of sugar. I just ate it hot with a bit of margarine.
