Introduction

delightful little puffy cookies just as they are... or splurge a little and add just a tablespoon or two of mini chocolate chips or peanut butter chips and you are in heaven!! delightful little puffy cookies just as they are... or splurge a little and add just a tablespoon or two of mini chocolate chips or peanut butter chips and you are in heaven!!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 very ripe large bananas, mashed
    1 egg
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 t baking soda
    1 t baking powder
    1/4 t salt
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/4 t cinnamon
    mini chocolate chips (optional)
    peanut butter chips (optional)

Directions

Mix together all ingredients, using the chips if you want extra sweetness. Bake at 350 for 5-6 minutes. Cookies are puffy, and slightly "pancake" texture, but taste great! My 2 year old loves them!! Makes approx 30 1 1/2" cookies
