just yogurt no milk just yogurt no milk

Ingredients

    1 cup non fat yogurt
    1 smal sliced banana
    1 cup fresh pineapple diced
    1 cup fresh bluberries

Directions

mix all ingredients in a blender and liqufy you can add ice cubes if you like even a dollop of fat free cool whip
