IntroductionPerfect snack that gets the sweet and crunchy at the same time! Perfect snack that gets the sweet and crunchy at the same time!
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup halved seedless grabes
1/2 cup celery diced
1/5 cup shredded green cabbage
1/3 cup shredded red cabbage
1/3 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
5 TBS light Mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
In large bowl, combine chopped apples, grapes, celery, cabbage, carrots, and walnuts.
Fold in mayo/sugar mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allows flavors to meld together.
Makes about 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
