Best Ever Chili

Introduction

I put lots of veggies in my chili. You can make this with lean ground turkey to make it even healthier! I put lots of veggies in my chili. You can make this with lean ground turkey to make it even healthier!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    1 cup green peppers, chopped
    1 cup red peppers, chopped
    1 lg. can of diced tomatoes
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can baked beans
    4 tbsp Tex Mex chili seasoning

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef and put in crock pot. Chop onion, green and red peppers and add to pot. Add canned tomatoes, kidney beans, baked beans and Tex Mex seasoning and carefully stir all ingredients together. Cook for 5 hrs. on high or 8 hrs. on low in crock pot. Makes approx. 12 1 - cup servings.
