Introduction

This I got from a Woman' World magazine, and it is very nutrious and great for when you want something sweet and cold This I got from a Woman' World magazine, and it is very nutrious and great for when you want something sweet and cold
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 sweet potatoes cooked and cooled
    1 banana peeled, sliced and frozen
    2 containers (8oz) fat-free vanilla yogurt
    1 cup non-fat milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp sweetener
    10 ice cubes

Directions

place milk and ice in blender first, then add banana and yogurt and mashed sweet potatoes, vanilla and sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy. I usually am able to make 4 servings from this. Some people like it double like milkshake size.
